In last few updates of smurfs village gameplayers encountered many bugs as like disappearance of friends, and lost of orange potions, in addition many people weren’t get Marco smurf, game freezes and crushes all the time.

But this week Beeline released a new Halloween update  version 1.1.4 where many people seem to be pleased with this update. Find out more why?

The new smurfs village update now it works smoother than before , minor crushes and the friends can be seen without problem either by using Game Center (CG) or by using Facebook. Exchanging gift process is also going smoothly in this update. Although the potion gifts (orange, yellow, and red)  which give a lot of XP in particular the Orange potion (which gives 500XP ) have been removed in this version. However new seasonal (temporary)  Halloween gifts have been added to make the Halloween them more attractive.  Candies and sweets gifts like lollipop, and a chocolate bar, gum ball which gives 50XP-250 Xp only. For version 1.1.4 yellow flower pots will give you  400xp and  remains Flower pots are the best if you want both coins and XP, followed by  mushroom 300xp, and 100 coins , but Halloween Chocolate gives you only 250xp.

New  smurfs characters were  also introduced in this version, mainly Scaredy (Scardy smurf)  and  Lone Smurf.  For Scaredy Smurf Papa smurf will give you this quest to find him “”Oh, i think Scaredy can be brave a little longer. come back at night and calm him down”. Scardy smurf  will tell you “come find me after dark”  If you get  confused to find him  and  what to do ? Make sure that you have activated  day/night  mode from option. Then return during dark / night  hours. He hides very well so have a close look may be you will find him hiding behind mushrooms, fences, bushes or any decorative items in the village, he has  yellow exclamation mark over his head.  Once you get him you can get the 400 XP bonus after tapping him every night.

The other new smurf character is Lone Smurf, you wont find lone smurf unless you have already spent smurfberries (SB), because is only  available for those who have smurfette in the village .  You can turn Smurfette into Lone Smurf  having a mask and Halloween Costume once you will get a quest to make a purple potion.  Once you get Lone smurf ,   will ask you for couple of quests which will give you more XP to level up. After  few quests, Lone Smurf  asks you again  to make another potion. Making this potion  will turn Lone back into Smurfette again. So  if you want to keep Lone Smurf in costume until Halloween, DO NOT make the second purple potion.

With regards to decorative items, many Halloween related items have been added , like Gravestone and jack-o-lantern which don’t  glow during the night!

So far it seems only one level was added to smurfs village and the last level in this version is level 40.

For those who kept Easter eggs for so long as decorative items, is time to tell them bye. They have been turned into a frog if you  upgrade to the Halloween update

Rumours abound that Apple are set to retaliate against Google’s purchase of Motorola Mobility. One major analyst predicts Apple will be tempted to join forces with competitors, in a bid to strengthen their patent portfolio and bolster their position in the marketplace.

Analyst Peter Misek, of Jeffries & Co, has identified Nokia and RIM as possible Apple targets in response to Google’s action.

He also suggested InterDigital could be a prime draw. The Philadelphia-based Telco research and development company have long s been key to the wireless standards process and carry great weight both in the US and further afield.

Misek thinks any of the three could be an important target for Apple in the future as the US co-operation has a huge pot of cash reserves waiting in the wings. He therefore concludes Apple are in a position to bid for any of the patents owned by the three, and they will focus specifically on “wireless patents that are truly essential and part of the standards.”

The analyst has identified that Nokia Apple owns “at least 50 essential 4G patents, and likely over 100 essential 3G patents”, while RIM is said to have spent over $5 billion in developing its own patent portfolio.
Apple is currently involved in a range of lawsuits, both locally and internationally, with global brands including HTC, Motorola, Samsung, Nokia and Kodak. They have long defended a stance to fiercely defend their intellectual property, so any new brand acquisition could be seen as both a defensive and offensive strategy.

Apple’s chief Financial Officer Peter Oppenheimer recently admitted Google spent a lot of money to get Motorola.
